This is s terrific cane! First, it folds so tightly that I can place it in my purse. Secondly, it is a very sturdy aide that will accept my full weight on it. Lastly, the height adjustment will go down to 32", the lowest for a folding cane I could find. I am five feet nothin', and the 2" difference between this cane's 32" height and any other folding cane's 34" height is very important: This one I can use, others I could not. (I wish it went to 30", but am content using a 32" height. I may purchase a non-folding version that can be customized to 30".)
The service was extraordinary! I called a few minutes after the noon deadline for same day shipping a few days before Christmas, explaining I needed it for a last-minute trip invitation, and the gentleman taking my order said he'd make no promises other than to do his best to get it out that day. His best was excellent: Not only did it arrive in time, but came with a personalized note, "Have a great trip!" written across the invoice!!!
