SCIFIT's unique isokinetic resistance program, ISO-Strength, allows you to get a great cardio and strength workout in one machine. This is the newest addition to the SCIFIT product line. The StepOne Recumbent Stepper has a fresh new look with a darker frame, lighter covers and a smaller footprint taking up less room in your home or workout environment. StepOne provides a smooth, total body functional movement. It features low starting resistance, direct wheelchair access, adjustable arm length and handle angle, customizable programs and documentation to help users reach their goals.

The StepOne provides a linear stepping motion.  This makes it one of the easiest SCIFIT products to use. It is ideal for stroke, knee, hip and post-surgical patients.  The ability to adjust knee flexion makes this product a safe starting point for those who cannot get through the range of motion on other equipment, such as a recumbent bike.  StepOne provides accessibility to all individuals with step through seating, a swivel seat and direct wheelchair access.
