I was leery of the handle but it is very comfortable. The cane is stable and all that it claims to be. The customer service was spectacular and the shipping speedy. I needed a cane shorter than the dimensions given and they personalized it for me. I received a phone call telling me what they could and couldn't do. I was impressed and pleased.
