I love, love, love this cane! Exceeded my expectations. It is fashionable & stylish and gives me the support I need when walking. I am at ease when using it. Being that is folds and stores in a carry bag that is included is such a plus! It stores easily in its pouch and fits in my purse with ease. You will not be disappointed when buying this item. Customer Service was outstanding and very professional and called me on a Sunday to inform me that the tip I ordered would be be good with cane, now when is the last time you can say a company did that ! Will be ordering another design very soon to increase my "collection" of canes !!

INCOMPARABLE PRODUCT! Classier and MUCH FINER QUALITY THAN PHOTOS CAN SHOW!! SO lightweight, fits in any bag; even a back pocket! Compliments and questions EVERYWHERE we go - this product has started friendships and when you are 80, that's not always so easy to do! When I say CLASSY and CUTE, I'm talking about the opinion of the woman who beats Martha Stewart in discerning. You won't be disappointed and you will be thrilled; just ordered our SECOND to have an extra in the car. Never mind TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE - you WILL want to do business with this firm again! So glad we found ELDERLUXE - you just cannot beat anything about their products OR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks to the incredible efforts to insure this one was in stock and could and would be mailed out on short notice - Steve was delightful; really nice guy. Have never dealt with this firm before but will come here first next time with customer service alone. The cane is great - hooked handle so it goes over my Mom's arm when she needs 2 hands. She'd never used a cane before and LOVED EVERYTHING about this one - looks high end, lightweight for purse/bag; no complaints all praise - works very well for her - to her delight; she was a little unsure about all of it but is now getting around again. She was afraid walking with a cane sends a bad signal in some places and we advised her she's got a heckuva whacker there now as a defense tool, LOL. Folds/unfolds easily and quickly -a great first cane when you aren't sure what to order - the hand grip seems to be comfortable even to a smaller hand...everything about it is perfect and we will both be ordering from you guys again Many thank
