At ELDERLUXE®, we want you to be extremely pleased with your order. We believe that we source the very finest product available in the world today, and we stand behind every product we sell in order to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Our products are guaranteed for one year, under the normal use for which the product was intended. Also should any product fail to meet your expectations for any reason, it may be returned within 60 days for replacement or a store credit, and in some cases a refund for the price of the item. Additionally we will repair or replace any defective product for a full year from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for certain categories requiring repackaging or in cases where the item is not resellable.

Also, if any items are received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately. Please inspect items upon arrival and note any issues with the shipper. We will replace any damaged merchandise or refund the damaged portion of your order.

Carefully repackage the merchandise and affix a return shipping label to the outside of your package, indicating the address above.
Return the package to us via Federal Express or insured parcel post.
We will issue you a store credit* for the price of the item(s) purchased or will replace defective merchandise. Shipping charges are NOT Refundable.
Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, special ordered, made-to-order or otherwise indicated in the catalog information on this site cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
