At ELDERLUXE®, we want you to be extremely pleased with your order. We believe that we source the very finest product available in the world today, and we stand behind every product we sell in order to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Our products are guaranteed for one year, under the normal use for which the product was intended. If any product fails to meet your expectations for any reason, it may be returned within 60 days for replacement or a store credit. Additionally we will repair or replace any defective product for a full year from the date of purchase.
Also, if any items are received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately. We will replace any damaged merchandise or refund the damaged portion of your order.

Carefully repackage the merchandise and affix a return shipping label to the outside of your package, indicating the address above.
Return the package to us via Federal Express or insured parcel post.
We will issue you a store credit or will replace defective merchandise.
Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, special ordered, made-to-order or otherwise indicated in the catalog information on this site cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
IMPORTANT: Some items due to personal hygiene implications or for health risk reasons may not be returned if opened (examples include certain incontinence, oral, diagnostic and other personal and medical related equipment).
